Tramlines 2011

The great thing about the internet is that you can keep up to date on events that are happening right now, so in the spirit of that here are our photo's of Tramlines 2011 that happened about 2 weeks ago.

I like Tramlines it's a festival in the city, so you don't get muddy, you don't get all your stuff nicked from a tent, you can sleep in a comfy bed and you don't have to take acid with some crusty hippies in the middle of a field.

Friday

The weekend starts here, at Kid Acne's 'Kill your darlings' exhibition at the Millennium Galleries.

The exhibition is sick, I'm fully backing Kid Acne's work, go see it.

Dad dancing from Heaven 17

This woman loved Heaven 17 so much she had to keep telling us and telling us and telling us.

We managed to get into the Great Gatsby and had to stay there because everywhere else was so damn busy.

Saturday

Starting at the Washington. No stools available in Sheffield to sit on so we had to sit in a line.

I ate my pizza so goddamn fast I felt ill just so I could get up to see Dels at the uni.

How wide can you open your eyes?

Shake Alleti killed it.

The Hype train begins.

The last stop on the hype train was the Leadmill, where we got off and got aboard the soul train.

Sunday

A tough breakfast.

In between 1 and 6 I wigged out and had to lie in a dark room feeling sorry for myself while everyone else got on with it.

Luckily I pulled through and we all went to town.

Watching some shit band by the city hall.

Street beers.

We tried to see Ash but they weren't letting anyone else in. This was our view.

After that I stopped taking photos, Me and Arthur hit up the Leadmill to almost fall asleep to Josh T. Pearson while Will had the - and I quote - 'best night in a pub in the last 10 years' in the Bowery.

There was a party after but we were all pretty faded by then so we went home.

Roll on 2012.
